RPM Autos — Disclaimer

We repair, protect, and maintain vehicles. We do great work — but we don't perform miracles. Read this so expectations are realistic and lawyers remain underemployed.

1. No Guarantees / As-Is Work

All services, advice, estimates and work are provided "as-is" unless a separate written warranty or service agreement is signed by RPM Autos. We do our best, but we do not guarantee that repairs will fix every existing or undiscovered issue permanently.

2. Estimates & Additional Work

Any estimate is an estimate — not a fixed price unless explicitly stated in writing. During repairs, hidden or additional problems may be found. RPM Autos will attempt to contact the owner before performing extra work. If we cannot reach you and the additional work is urgent for safety or to prevent further damage, we may proceed and will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Parts & Warranties

• OEM, aftermarket, remanufactured or used parts may be used depending on the agreement. Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply to those parts and are separate from RPM Autos' service.
• RPM Autos' limited warranty (if offered) is valid only for the items explicitly listed on the invoice and for the stated time/mileage. Exclusions apply (see invoice).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPM Autos' liability for any claim related to services (including negligence) is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. RPM Autos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (lost use, loss of income, towing, rental, etc.).

5. Vehicle Safety & Test Drives

Vehicles left for service may be test-driven by our technicians. By leaving your vehicle with us you authorize reasonable test drives and inspections necessary to diagnose and repair the vehicle.

6. Personal Items & Belongings

Remove valuables before bringing the vehicle in. RPM Autos is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.

7. Right to Refuse Service

RPM Autos reserves the right to refuse service for any vehicle or request we determine unsafe, illegal, or outside our capabilities.

8. Environmental & Disposal

We comply with local environmental regulations for disposal of fluids, batteries and hazardous waste. Additional fees may apply for special disposal requirements.

9. Website Content & Links

Information on the RPM Autos website is for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but make no guarantees. External links do not imply endorsement.

10. Payment & Collection

Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Unpaid balances may incur interest, collection fees, or vehicle hold until satisfied, in accordance with applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RPM Autos operates. Any dispute will be subject to local courts as permitted by law.
